Screen-shots of the main KeyText 2000 menus and dialogs

Left-click the KeyText 2000 icon in the tray to show a menu with the items you have stored, and an indication of whether they will be typed, pasted or run when selected. Your name appears at the top, and below that items A-Z with a "More..." button leading to the next set 2A-2Z and so on to 9A-9Z(A-J only in the evaluation version). The submenus give access to the multiple-clipboard type functions. Note that the date shown will be the current date, and will appear in your own language and format.

The right-click menu includes a previous file list, and gives access to various KeyText settings.

The Edit window is the heart of KeyText, and lets you setup individual text items. Note the new > tab to the right of the A-Z tabs; click this to move to the next set of tabs, 2A-2Z, and do on.

The Oganizer window lets you sort your text items, set schedules for them, copy a list of them and more. Previously this was known as the Scheduler in KeyText.

The set schedule window below shows just some of the scheduling possibilities. Note that the grayed items are enabled when the corresponding radio-button is selected.

The Keypad lets you type with your mouse! The Symbols tab gives easy access to symbols and accented characters.
