The above prices include postage and packing for UK and Ireland, and should be paid by enclosing cheque with orders made payable to Ellen Wycherley.
The costs of tapes and CD's to USA are $12 and $17 respectively, and can be paid for with bills, American Express Traveller's Checks or International Money Order, or by a check drawn on a US bank.
